①You have used a light intensity setting which is too low for you：Select a higher setting next time.

②You did not flash an area adjacent to an area you treated before：You have to release the flashes close to, but not overlapping, the previous spot.

③The device is not effective on your body hair color：If you have light blond, grey, red or white hair,the treatment is not effective.

④You do not use the device as often as recommended：To remove all hairs successfully, we advise you to follow the recommended treatment schedule.

⑤You respond more slowly to IPL treatment：Continue using the device for at least 6 months, as hair regrowth can still decrease over the course of this period.
